About
About this resource hub.
Connected material, clear sources, and practical starting points.
Why this exists
Bill Weber created CMMC Brain to help clients navigate complicated compliance material. This site provides a readable starting point around that resource: a guide for newcomers, practical preparation ideas, and links to primary references.
How to use it
Use the educational pages to orient your work. Follow the source links for official requirements. Confirm current applicability against your contracts, agency direction, and assessment guidance. Templates and framework relationships are starting points for analysis, not proof of implementation or certification.
Independent and transparent
This is an independent resource maintained by Bill Weber. It is not operated or endorsed by the government, NIST, The Cyber AB, or ISACA. The reference directory is educational; Bill’s professional services are described separately.
Source review
Primary pages and public entry links were reviewed October 24, 2026. The official program overview currently reports changes to implementation. Read the publisher’s current material before acting on dates, assessment routes, or revision choices. Some official sites restrict automated access even when readable in a browser.
Questions or corrections
Email Bill with the page and source that need attention. Contact opens your email application; no submission form is hosted here.
